By accessing or using Velnix you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Nature of the Service
Velnix provides analytics, portfolio tracking, AI-assisted market intelligence and copy-trading orchestration. Velnix is not a broker, custodian, exchange or investment adviser. All trades execute on third-party venues you connect (such as Binance) using API keys under your control.
Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions
The Service is not offered to persons resident in jurisdictions where crypto-asset services are prohibited or where Velnix has not obtained authorisation. You are responsible for confirming that your use is lawful in your country of residence.
Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials, 2FA factors, API keys and recovery codes secure, and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at security@velnix.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
Fees & Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Digital-asset market data may be delayed and is provided without warranty.
No Investment Advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading crypto-assets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for money-laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, scraping, reverse-engineering, or any activity in breach of applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velnix and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or trading opportunities.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or a competent authority, or to protect the integrity of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Velnix's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
